Frank Kimmel scores his 80th career win in the Kanas Lottery 98.9 season finale at Kansas Speedway. The win also gave Kimmel his tenth ARCA series championship. Also worth noting – 79 year old James Hylton finished 18th in his final race. Hylton announced he would retire after this event ending an amazing career.
