Leaf Racewear to have display at 2014 Canadian Motorsports Expo

Canadian Motorsports Expo Powered by Inside Track Motorsports News staff announced today that Leaf Racewear would have a display at the 2014 event.

The company will be showcasing their racing products throughout the weekend.

“We produce complete, head-to-toe Nomex and Proban race suits for everyone from the world’s top professionals to the budget racer,” Leaf Racewear President Colin Grandy states. “And we have the capability of manufacturing suits to meet the requirements of virtually any racing discipline.”

Grandy feels the event will allow to reconnect with past clients, as well as meet with new possible consumers in showing them their line of suits, gloves, footwear and team and safety gear.

“It’s a good time of the year for racers to see what’s out there, to see what’s new for 2014,” Grandy comments. “It’s kind of a handy shortcut for the drivers, too. They can come to the Expo with orders in hand instead of driving to our London (Ontario) shop to get fitted.”

At the show, Leaf Racewear will be debuting their new line for the drag racing crowd.

“We’ve developed a new, lightweight multi-layer drag racing suit that should be of interest to a lot of drivers,” Grandy explains. “The older style suits were bulky and heavy. We believe these new, lightweight suits will be the suits of the future.”

The 2014 Canadian Motorsports Expo takes place from February 7th to 9th in Hall 5 at Toronto’s International Centre. The event marks the start of the Canadian racing season and will feature Ryan Newman on Saturday February 8th. More information can be found at http://www.canadianmotorsportsexpo.com
