Ed Hakonson Racing announced on Thursday that they have signed on Roto-Static as a sponsor for the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series season opener at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park next weekend.
“It will be an honour to have Roto-Static on our Chevrolet,” Hathaway said per the press release by Spencer Lewis. “Each one of us at EHR can’t wait to show Roto-Static just how exciting NASCAR racing can be up close and personal.”
Last year, Hathaway had a breakout season in the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series as he finished third in points with a pair of victories.
“We’ve been itching to get back to CTMP since we left Kawartha Speedway in September,” the driver of the No. 3 Hathaway said. “Our team was really firing on all cylinders at the end of last season, and I can’t explain how excited I am to get back behind the wheel of our #3 Rockstar Energy Drink/Roto-Static Chevrolet.”
Roto-Static is a cleaning company that has specialized in cleaning carpets and upholstery since 1977.
“Roto-Static Canada and the Roto-Static franchise network and proud to partner with Team 3 Red in the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series,” Rick Crispi, CEO of Roto-Static Canada, says. “As spectators in 2013, we were impressed with the management of the EHR team, the thrills of the NASCAR program and the driving talent of Jason Hathaway. We look forward to watching their continued success and being a part of their 2014 campaign.”
Hathaway and his fellow series drivers will be looking for success next weekend as May 18th marks the 2014 season opener for the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series.
