BARRIE, Ontario – Terry Woodley would have a good run at Barrie Speedway on Saturday night as he would score the victory in the B-Main before the show was called as a result of weather.
Woodley started off the night by finishing eighth in his heat after starting from the 10th spot. He would then post a fourth place finish in the second heat after starting near the front.
As a result of his qualifying finishes, Woodley would be forced to run the B-Main. Starting from the second spot, Woodley battled for the lead early, grabbing it within the first five laps and running away. He would then lead the rest of the way to the flag to score the victory.
Track officials would work really hard to get the main event in, however the rain would not co-operate, resulting in the show being rained out.
