Supercars will launch the Virgin Australia Supercars Championship with the 2017 field and a special guest assembling in Adelaide, host city of the season-opening Clipsal 500.
Supercars Chief Executive James Warburton and all Championship drivers will launch the season at the Adelaide Oval on Thursday.
They will be joined by the new Supercars ambassador, one of Australia’s highest profile artists and superstar of the entertainment world.
When: 11.30am for 12pm sharp; Thursday February 9. (NB: The Adelaide Oval forecourt will be open to the public from 10am with a range of activities and a signing session with all Supercars drivers from 11.00am).

Warburton and all Championship drivers will be available to media at the launch. Supercars will issue a Video News Release to all networks.
The Virgin Australia Supercars Championship commences on the streets of Adelaide at the Clipsal 500 in Adelaide from March 2-5.
