NSCS: Budweiser Duel Line-Ups

With Jeff Gordon and Jimmie Johnson locked into the front row for the Daytona 500, the process of setting the field for the Great American Race continues on Thursday evening with the Budweiser Duels.

Based on the group qualifying session on Sunday at Daytona, here is the pair of line-ups for the two races.

Budweiser Duel #1

Denny Hamlin will be forced to give up his starting spot due to failing post-Daytona 500 qualifying inspection.

Clint Bowyer will be forced to give up his starting spot due to having to go to a back-up car following a wreck during qualifying.

Budweiser Duel #2

Dale Earnhardt Jr. will be forced to give up his spot due to failing post-Daytona 500 qualifying inspection.

Bobby Labonte will be forced to give up his starting spot due to having to go to a back-up car following a wreck during qualifying.

Ryan Newman will be forced to give up his spot due to changing motors during Saturday’s Daytona 500 practice.

Reed Sorenson will be forced to give up his starting spot due to having to go to a back-up car following a wreck during qualifying.
