13 races down, 13 races for the Sprint Cup Series drivers to qualify for the Chase for the Sprint Cup. It’s time to have some fun this summer. This weekend, the Sprint Cup Series is set to get tricky with the tricky triangle in Pennsylvania, while the Trucks are hoping to have a good ‘ol time at the corral in Texas.
The end of this month, OnPitRoad.com will crown our OnPitRoad.com Fantasy Pick ‘Em Spring Champions. The standings will continue into the rest of the season, though, for a super top-notch shelf champion be crowned in November. Normally, we’d trash the standings once we crown a Spring Champion, but I’m going to let these standings run the course for the rest of the season.
In addition, though, the end of this month will bring forth a new standings. At the beginning of July, we’ll have a standings that starts at nothing with picks for July, August and mid-September (pre-Chase races) counting towards our OnPitRoad.com Fantasy Pick ‘Em Summer Champions. So if you’re out of contention for the Spring Championship or the season overall championships, you’ll have a chance to redeem yourself over the summer.
