Sounding Off – Cameron Hayley:
“It’s been a roller coaster year so far for our Cabinets by Hayley team. Eddie (Troconis, crew chief) and my entire team have brought fast trucks to each and every race this year, but just keep having problems, out of our control, that take us out of contention. The two races we had nothing happen (Atlanta/Iowa), and had a smooth race, have resulted in a 2nd and 3rd-place finishes, so hopefully we can get that done at Kentucky this week. The repave should be very interesting. If history repeats itself, at newly re-paved tracks, then we are in for a wild ride. It will probably be a one-groove race track, and with it being fresh asphalt, the oils boil up to the surface, and make the race track very slick. None the less, I think we are bringing a great Tundra to Kentucky, and I hope to have an uneventful weekend, and go contend for a win.”
