Daniel Suarez capped off a strong day for Joe Gibbs Racing as he topped the charts in Thursday Evening’s final practice for the XFINITY Series ALSCO 300.
Suarez drove his No.19 ARRIS Toyota to a fast lap of 28.901 seconds (186.845 MPH). Erik Jones was second just .017 seconds off the pace set by his JGR teammate.
Ryan Blaney was third followed by Kyle Busch and Ty Dillon. Blake Koch, Austin Dillon, J.J. Yeley, Elliott Sadler, and Brad Keselowski rounded out the top ten.
Notables include: Justin Allgaier 11th, Cole Custer 12th, Darrell Wallace Jr. 14th, Brendan Gaughan 15th, Brandon Jones 16th, Brennan Poole 17th, and Justin Marks 19th.
The XFINITY Series will return to the track tomorrow for 21 Means 21 qualifying at 4:45 P.M. ET and the ALSCO 300 goes green at 8:46 P.M. ET. Both can be seen on NBC Sports Network.
