NASCAR Sprint Cup Series driver, Travis Kvapil, was arrested Tuesday night after officers responded to a 911 call. After an investigation, Kvapil was arrested and charged with assault. Kvapil spent the night in jail and was released Wednesday morning. BK Racing team owner, Ron Devine stated, “We’re trying to understand the situation right now.” There has been no information released regarding Kvapil’s status for this weekend’s race at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
