Empire Racing announced recently that late model drier Jacob Engle will be moving up to the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards in 2014, running a full-time schedule. Engle makes the jump up to ARCA after running late models at Myrtle Beach Speedway. The 21-year-old is a three-time karting champion.
