As the OSCAAR Hanover Holiday Modified drivers continue to prepare for their upcoming season, some of the drivers unveiled their new looks for the 2014 season at Mega Speed Custom Car and Truck Show.
One of those drivers was Davey Terry, who unveiled an impressive green and orange wrap on his The No. 14 Wasteco/Castrol/Brennan Haulage/Keeler Electric/Mann Hydraulics Modified. The modified stood out to many people at the show with how the sponsor logo reflected throughout the black numbers on the side of the modified.
Terry’s new look for 2014 impressed not only fans, but show organizers as Terry took home the award for the best looking racecar at the show.
Terry will enter his third year of modified racing – though still looking for his first career win after finishing third in the points standings the previous two seasons behind Gary and Brent McLean.
“We have been so damn close so many times, it gets frustrating sometimes,” he said earlier this year. “I know it is close and when it does happen, there is going to one heck of a party after.”
Terry and his fellow OSCAAR Hanover Holiday Modified drivers will kick off the season on May 18th at Sunset Speedway with the season opener. Terry’s first win could come in the season opener as he finished third in the Rick Wooler Memorial last September at Sunset.
