INNISFIL, Ontario – Steve Love would miss qualifying for the feature on Saturday night at Sunset Speedway as a result of his motor in his Honda Civic giving up on him during the b-main.
Love started off the night by finishing 15th in the first heat, setting him to run the b-main if he wanted to qualify for the feature. Love would battle hard early in the b-main, though had to pull off on lap three due to motor issues. As a result, he would fail to qualify for the a-main.
