Spirit of America Blood Drive is Sept. 11
BROOKLYN, Mich. (Sept. 9, 2014) – Unity Field features more than 3,000 American Flags proudly displayed to honor the victims of 9/11. The flags were placed by members of the Columbia Central High School National Honor Society in Lot 10 at Michigan International Speedway on Tuesday. In addition, members from the Brooklyn America Legion, Gleaner Arbor in Adrian, Michigan and MIS staff assisted.
Guests and members of the community can visit Unity Field this week to honor the victims of 9/11. In addition, the names of the victims are displayed on the Wall of Remembrance.
