(Coldstream ON) The final race of the 2014 season for Brady Smith will take place this coming Saturday October 4 at Flamboro Speedway near Hamilton ON. The event is the final installment of the APC 6 Pack Pro Late Model Series.
After a difficult day for round five at Delaware Speedway, Smith battled back from multiple pit stops to finish 7th, his best of the 6 Pack Series.
Smith and his team are now focused on wrapping up the season and will be trying to break into the top 5 in the final series point standings. Smith currently sits 19 points out of the 5th spot and 10 points behind 6th position. A solid run and a little bit of luck could advance the team into a fantastic finish.
The 2 previous events at Flamboro Speedway have been a struggle. The opening round in May resulted in a 14thplace finish, and more recently in July ran, a very solid night to bring home a 8th place finish. Smith hopes to improve on those two finishes and run near the front.
