Bliss Ups the Ante for Las Vegas Motor Speedway: Unsatisfied with his results in Atlanta, Mike Bliss is fired up for his tenth NASCAR XFINITY Series start this weekend in Vegas. After battling an unresponsive No. 19 Holiday Inn Club Vacations Camry, Bliss and Crew Chief Paul Clapprood will take a huge swing at the 1.5-mile Tri-oval in “Sin City”. Running over 1,700 laps with one pole, four career top-5 and nine top-10’s, Bliss is ready to take action in the Boyd Gaming 300 this weekend.
Bliss’ thoughts on Las Vegas Motor Speedway: “I’m looking forward to having Holiday Inn Club Vacations back on the car this weekend. With another mile-and-a-half track, I’m hoping we can make gains after last weekend; even though Vegas is a whole different animal.”
No. 19 Toyota Camry: Crew Chief Paul Clapprood will unload chassis No.301 for the Boyd Gaming 300. This chassis was last used for the season finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway where Ross Chastain earned a 14th place finish for TriStar Motorsports.
Additional Notes:
– This will mark Bliss’ 347th Career XFINITY Series start, which has stretched across 16-years.
– DOUBLE OR NOTHING: In addition to driving the No. 19 for TriStar Motorsports, Bliss will drive the No. 32 Draftdemons.com Ford Fusion for Go Green Racing.
