BROOKLYN, Mich. (April 30, 2015) — The Michigan Wine and Beer Fest presented by Experience Jackson continues to expand the wine and beer knowledge of enthusiasts. This year you will have the opportunity to partake in a wine or beer flight on May 9.
A tasting flight allows you to sample a variety of wines or beers to experience the true breadth of the wineries and breweries. The wine flight will include a selection of cheese and crackers to cleanse the palate of the patrons.
The popular wine and food pairings have been a hit with guests and the tasting flights are sure to be just as popular.
The tasting flights are on sale in advance of the Michigan Wine and Beer Fest presented by Experience Jackson for $15 per flight. Advance tasting flight purchases can be made by calling800-354-1010. You must have an admission ticket to the wine fest to attend.
“I love trying a wide range of wines and beers from Michigan wineries and breweries,” MIS President Roger Curtis said. “The tasting flights are a great opportunity to sample a wide range of selections and learn about each one. These flights are sure to be a big hit and will sell out quickly.”
The tasting flights will feature a two-ounce pour of five different wines or beers from a participating winery or brewery at the fest, along with a cheese and crackers. All the flights will be held in the Pit Road Suites.
Each flight is limited to 30 guests so advance tickets will likely be the only tickets available.
The lineup is staggered so guests may choose to attend one or all. Each flight is sold separately.
