On June 15, the NASCAR Camping World Series, No. 11 team with driver German Quiroga was issued a P3 penalty for violation of sections 12-1; 10.11.3.4 (Lug Nut(s) not properly installed) All five lug nuts were not tight on all four wheels of the truck during post-race inspections after the race at Texas Motor Speedway.
Scott Zipadelli, who is the crew chief for the team, was fined $5,000 along with being suspended for all NASCAR Series Championship Points Events through June 22. Zipadelli has also been put on NASCAR probation through Dec.31.
