Justin Allgaier’s No.7 Chevrolet Camaro will have a patriotic look when it hits the track for Friday night’s Subway Firecracker 250 at Daytona International Speedway.
JR Motorsports and TradeMark Nitrogen, a leading distributor of bulk commodities for the agricultural and industrial markets have teamed up to create a stars and stripes paint scheme. TradeMark will serve as primary sponsor for Allgaier and the No.7 car this weekend at the world center of racing while BRANDT will serve as associate sponsor.
“There’s absolutely no better place to celebrate America’s birthday than under the lights at Daytona! We are delighted to be a part of this race for our fifth consecutive season,” said Mike Barry, president of TradeMark Nitrogen.
The car will feature the traditional BRANDT red that race fans are familiar with as well as white and blue to finish off the patriotic look.
“I’m really looking forward to driving this unique car at Daytona,” said Allgaier. “Racing under the lights during the Fourth of July weekend, the car reminds us what Independence Day is all about, celebrating our freedoms and honoring those who continue to fight to protect our country. Hopefully we can get a win for them.”
Allgaier will also honor the U.S. Air Force 469th Flight Training Squadron as part of the NASCAR: An American Salute campaign. Allgaier has a personal connection with the squadron based out of Sheppard Air Force base in Texas. His friend Major Robert Harms is one of the pilots. A decal displaying the name of the squadron will adorn the windshield of the TradeMark Nitrogen Chevrolet.
