After showing speed throughout qualifying, there was no catching Darren McLennan in the feature as he’d dominate en route to picking up the win.
McLennan won the first heat ahead of Jeff Blackburn, Barry Dunn, Ryan Fraser and James Marche. Notably, Adam Racine pulled off with a problem.
Adrian Stahle won the second heat ahead of Rob Neely, Mack DeMan, Darren Dryden, Steve Murdock and Todd Cresswell.
Come feature time, Darren McLennan grabbed the early lead ahead of Rob Neely, Barry Dunn, Jeff Blackburn, Rob Neely and Adrian Stahle. Blackburn then got alongside Dunn for third, completing the pass at Lap 4 to move into third. Meanwhile, Ryan Fraser made his way by Adrian Stahle to take over the fifth spot at Lap 5. Mack DeMan currently ran seventh ahead of Darren Dryden, Steev Murdock, James Marche and Todd Cresswell.
Stahle then got alongside Fraser for fifth at Lap 7, but was unable to complete the pass as he fell back in line. Stahle tried again two laps later and was able to complete the pass, bringing DeMan through with him.
Darren McLennan led the rest of the feature en route to picking up the victory ahead of Rob Neely, Jeff Blackburn, Barry Dunn, Adrian Stahle, Mack DeMan, Ryan Fraser, Darren Dryden, Steve Murdock, James Marche and Todd Cresswell.
