Despite having to go to the back at the start for a spin, Tyson Schreinert made his way through the field to pick up the victory at Sauble Speedway.
The first heat didn’t go as the No. 21 wanted as he’d lose a wheel a couple laps in. The No. 14 picked up the win ahead of Kaisha Zimoch, the 51, Hayden Sim, the 48, Cole Burrows and the 10.
The second heat saw the 49 run into a problem with two laps to go. Tyson Schreinert picked up the win ahead of Ty Cavallin, Jacob Campbell, the 18, Cody Wilds, the 25 and Kyle Parker.
The feature didn’t start off cleanly with Cavallin spinning Schreinert. On the second attempt to start the race, the 51 jumped out to the early lead ahead of Jacob Campbell, the 14, Hayden Sim, Kaisha Zimoch and the 48. Campbell was quick to track down the 51 for the lead, though, getting alongside him on Lap 3. He was unable to complete the pass, though, falling back in line in second.
Meanwhile, Schreinert had quickly made his way from the back, passing the 14 to take over third on Lap 5. Sim then got alongside the 14 for fourth while Zimoch and the 48 rounded out the top seven. Schreinert’s climb back to the front was complete on Lap 7, as he retook to the top spot ahead of Campbell with the 14 moving into third on Lap 8 as Sim and the 51 battled for fourth. Sim then got the spot on Lap 7 ahead of the 18, as the 51 stopped in the infield with a problem.
Schreinert continued to lead at Lap 10 ahead of Campbell, the 14, Sim, the 18, the 48, Cody Wilds, the 21, Cavallin, the 49, the 10, Cole Burrows, the 25 and Kyle Parker. The 21 would get alongside Wilds for seventh at Lap 11, though was unable to complete the pass. Meanwhile, the 25 was able to get by Burrows for 12th at Lap 13, followed by a pass on the 10 for 11th at Lap 15. Meanwhile, Cavallin was able to pass the 21 for eighth at Lap 17.
