He may not be running every night, but it’s not keeping him out of victory lane as Andy Kamrath scored his third feature victory for 2016 on Saturday night.
Brandon Crumbie won the first heat for his first heat win of the season ahead of Samantha Shaw, Gerritt Tiemersma, Cameron McGlashan and Miles Tyson. ic Montanari finished sixth, followed by Steeve Melson, Jake Watson and Mike Robinson Jr.
Andy Kamrath started the night in victory lane, scoring his fourth heat win of the season ahead of Cory Young, Chris Allard, Terry Woodley and Eric Yorke. Warren Paxton finished sixth, followed by JP Rosevaar, Stefan Woyslaw and Dave Crumbie.
Kamrath crossed the finish line first in the Dash for Cash, however was deemed jumping the initial start. As a result, Cory Young got his first Dash victory of the year ahead of Kamrath, Allard, Brandon Crumbie and Paxton. Yorke finished sixth, followed by Shaw, Tiemersma, Montanari and Woodley. McGlashan, Tyson and Robinson Jr. rounded out the field of 13.
Come feature time, the Mini Stocks put on an impressive 25-lap feature full of battles around the whole track – without a single caution. Warren Paxton finished second for his fifth top-five of 2016, followed by Nic Montanari with his eighth top-five of the year. Eric Yorke finished fourth for his sixth top-five, while Brandon Crumbie rounded out the top-five with his fifth top-five of 2016.
Mike Robinson Jr. finished sixth for his third top-10 of 2016, followed by Cory Young, Chris Allard, Samantha Shaw and Miles Tyson.
Dave Crumbie finished 11th, followed by Gerrit Tiemersma, Jake Watson, Cameron McGlashan, Steeve Melson, Terry Woodley, JP Rosevaar and Stefan Woyslaw.
