By The Numbers: St. Onge Recreational Sunset Speedway Super Stock Season

After an exciting season lasting from the very start in April to the very end in September, Sunset Speedway fans know they got delivered the action they wanted throughout each event. In the end, it was Matt Bentley picking up his first career championship. However, he wasn’t the only driver who racked up numbers.

Let’s take a look back at the season by looking at how the numbers tallied together.

27th of August saw Ken Grubb reach feature victory lane behind the wheel of his Ford.

No. 31 driven by Jade Franklin finished fifth in points with 11 top-10s, including a career-best third on July 16.

No. 32 driven by Treyten Lapcevich reached feature victory lane twice during the season en route to a third place finish in points.

No. 58 driven by Stan Coe reached feature victory lane once this season on June 25 en route to a runner-up in points.

No. 64 driven by Ryan Semple reached feature victory twice this season en route to finishing ninth in points.

No. 73 driven by Nick Troback finished eighth in points with a season-best finish of third.

No. 88 driven by Herb Walters finished seventh in points, scoring his best finish of the season on the final night.

No. 97 driven by Stefan Semeraro finished 10th in points in his rookie season of competition.

No. 400 driven by Justin Holmes finished sixth in points with a best finish of second on August 20.
