ADVANCE NOTES
Biffle at Homestead
Biffle won at Homestead three years in row, starting in 2004.
In addition to his three wins, Biffle has four top-five and five top-10 finishes at the 1.5-mile track.
Last Time at Homestead
Greg Biffle looked to be on his way to a solid finish in the season finale Ford EcoBoost 400 when his forward progress was derailed by a flat tire. The flat tire sent Biffle into the outside wall, then to the garage for repairs. The team repaired the damage and Biffle returned to the track to cross the finish line 41st and finish out the season 14th in the Championship standings.

Biffle on Homestead:
“I enjoy heading to Homestead and I’ve had some success there in the past. You’ve got to have a good car so you can run the middle, top and bottom of the flat slick race track. We’ve won three times there, so hopefully we can add to that and finish off the season with a solid run.”
Puccia on Homestead:
“Track position is very important, so getting a good starting position on Friday will be key. Homestead is a progressive banking race track and usually you can run the bottom early in a run and then as the tires wear off you usually migrate up towards the top of the race track which will be the fast way around. So, making your car work running different lines of the track will be important and we are looking forward to ending the season on a high note.”
