Starr looking to rebound in the “Valley of the Sun”: David Starr, driver of the No. 44 Zachry Camry will head to Phoenix International Raceway (PIR) this weekend for the second stop of the NASCAR Goes West Campaign. Starr has three previous NXS starts at the 1-mile low-banked tri-oval where he has completed 591 laps with an average start of 28th and an average finish of 22nd. Starr acquired his best finishes of 21st during the March and November NXS races in 2015.
