Unfortunately, the season has come to a close for Zac Sprung and not on the happiest of notes either.
Following a solid sixth place finish a month ago, hopes were high for another strong performance this past weekend. He started off the night solidly, finishing eighth in his first heat. The second heat wouldn’t go as planned, though, with the motor blowing up.
With two blown motors in the past couple of weeks, the team has unfortunately called off efforts for the rest of the year and will focus all energy to being back stronger in 2017.
