In the first practice, it was Brian Scott topping the charts. In the second practice, it was Justin Allgaier topping the charts.
Brian Scott, who is searching for his first win of the season, topped the first session with a lap of 26.949 seconds.
Scott’s Richard Childress Racing teammate Austin Dillon was second, six hundreths off of Scott. Dillon comes into the weekend leading the points standings, six points ahead of Sam Hornish Jr. Hornish Jr. was 20th in the speed chart.
JR Motorsports driver Regan Smith was third quickest, followed by Kyle Larson and Trevor Bayne.
Ryan Blaney, in a third car for Penske Racing, was sixth fastest followed by Travis Pastrana, Kevin Harvick, Kyle Busch and Brad Keselowski.
In the second practice, it was Turner Motorsports driver Justin Allgaier topping the charts with a lap of 27.103 seconds. Harvick was second fastest, 0.038 seconds off of Allgaier.
Dillon was quick once again, this time third fastest, followed by Alex Bowman and Michael Annett.
Busch was sixth followed by Drew Herring, Scott, Bayne and Larson. Hornish was 19th.
The ServiceMaster 200 will be ran tomorrow afternoon with qualifying schedule for the morning.
