Sprint Cup Series Darlington Picks
Assistant Editor Ashley McCubbin chose Kyle Busch, Jimmie Johnson and Jeff Gordon. Kyle Busch struggled mid-race with multiple trips into the wall, but his crew worked hard so he could finish sixth. Despite qualifying 26th, Jimmie Johnson worked his way through the field to race winning contention and finished third. Jeff Gordon was solidly in the top five throughout the night before slipping to seventh at the end. Points:38+42+38=118
Journalist Tayler Stiles chose Jimmie Johnson, Matt Kenseth and Denny Hamlin. Matt Kenseth ran solidly inside the top 10 throughout the night before finishing fourth. Denny Hamlin struggled despite a solid qualifying effort on his way to finishing 19th. Points:42+41+26=109
Photographer Ronald Costigan chose Matt Kenseth, Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Jimmie Johnson. Dale Earnhardt Jr. ran inside the top five throughout the night and came close to winning and could’ve had it if not for the final caution of the race. Instead, Earnhardt Jr. finished second. Points: 41+43+42=126
Journalist Marshall Gabell chose Matt Kenseth, Denny Hamlin and Kasey Kahne. Kasey Kahne led numerous laps, though saw his night come to an early end when he made hard contact with the wall on his way to finishing 37th. Points:41+26+8=75
Fan #1 Terry Wagner chose Kyle Busch, Jimmie Johnson and Greg Biffle. Biffle led some laps using a two-tire pit strategy and managed to stay up front with that strategy on his way to finishing fifth. Points: 38+42+40=120
Fan #2 Billy Zardo chose Brad Keselowski, Joey Logano and Kyle Busch. Keselowski struggled throughout the night before finishing 17th, while Logano suffered mechanical issues on his way to finishing 35th. Points: 28+10+38=76
Fan #3 Christina Cordner chose Jimmie Johnson, Brian Vickers and Carl Edwards. Both Vickers and Edwards struggled throughout the night with Vickers finishing 26th and Edwards salvaging a 13th place finish. Points: 42+19+31=92

Up Next: Richmond International Raceway on April 25/26
While everybody takes off a week to catch their breath and recieve a visit from the Easter bunny, the Nationwide Series and Sprint Cup Series will return on April 25th and 26th at Richmond International Raceway. From the toughest track to one of the shortest, here we go.
Each picker will be requested to send in three picks for the Nationwide Series with one of those picks being a Nationwide Series regular. Each picker is also requested to send in three picks for the Sprint Cup Series. They have to be sent in by April 24th to be counted.
If you haven’t played yet, you may still play and we will add you to the bottom of each standings – 10 points behind the person with the lowest amount of points.
