On this Memorial Day weekend, fans were treated to a pair of fast and thrilling NASCAR races at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Kyle Larson dominated Saturday’s History 300 while Jimmie Johnson no longer has to talk about being winless after winning the Coca Cola 600.
So what did that mean for the picks? Well, here we go :)
Nationwide Series Picks
Ashley McCubbin picked Kevin Harvick, Kyle Busch and Chase Elliott. Busch and Harvick ran upfront all day to finish third and fourth, respectively. Chase Elliott, meanwhile, got into the wall after a tire went down and spent many laps behind the wall for repairs on his way to finishing 37th. Points: 40+42+7=89
Tayler Stiles picked Kevin Harvick, Chase Elliott and Kyle Busch. Points: 40+42+7=89
Kreistina Blinova’s picks were Jeffrey Earnhardt, Landon Cassill and Elliott Sadler. Earnhardt finished 25th, Cassill finished 30th while Sadler finished 12th. Points: 19+14+32=65

Tayler Stiles chose Kevin Harvick, Jeff Gordon and Jimmie Johnson. Gordon finished seventh despite sitting out final practice on Saturday due to back spasms. Points: 43+38+48=129
Kreistina Blinova chose Jeff Gordon, Matt Kenseth and Jimmie Johnson. Kenseth worked his way through the field throughout the night to finish third. Points: 38+42+43=123
Kyle Magda chose Kevin Harvick, Kasey Kahne and Jimmie Johnson. Kasey ran inside the top 10 mid-race, though fell out in the final 150 miles to finish 14th. Points: 43+30+48=121
Ronald Costigan chose Kyle Busch, Jimmie Johnson and Dale Earnhardt Jr. Busch drove hard all night on his way to finishing ninth. Earnhardt was running in the top 10 when he pitted due to feeling a vibration that was motor related. He’d fall a couple laps down and end up 18th. Points: 35+48+26=109
Marshall Gabell’s picks were Clint Bowyer, Jimmie Johnson and Matt Kenseth. Bowyer fought handling issues during the second half of the event on his way to finishing 17th. Points: 27+48+42=117
