Mars announced today that they have signed a multi-year extension with Joe Gibbs Racing and the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing.
“Mars and its iconic brands have been part of NASCAR for decades, and we’re excited to keep that winning tradition going,” Roy Benin, Chief Consumer Officer at Mars Chocolate North America, said. “As the sport has grown throughout the years, so has our involvement in it and we’re incredibly proud of the strong partnership we’ve forged with Joe Gibbs Racing and the league.”
The new agreement will have Kyle Busch and Mars partnered together down the road, with Mars contiuing to put their M&M’s brand on Busch’s No. 18 Toyota for JGR.

Currently, Kyle Busch sits 15th in points, qualified for the Chase for the Sprint Cup with a victory on the season.
“Being the M&M’S® driver and representing Mars on and off the track has been one of the proudest accomplishments in my racing career,” Busch said. “This is great news for everyone at Joe Gibbs Racing and our fans, but also shows how dedicated Mars is to our sport. With this news, any trip to Victory Lane will be even sweeter.”
Mars will also become the “Official Chocolate of NASCAR”, allowing Mars to promote their variety of chocolate to racing fans on a weekly basis.
