FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Bliss looking to find success under the lights in Atlanta: Mike Bliss will make his ninth NASCAR Nationwide Series start at Atlanta Motor Speedway this weekend. With over 190 starts at speedways ranging from one to two miles in length, Bliss has over 45 top 10 finishes at these tracks. After his 17th place finish last weekend at Bristol Motor Speedway, Bliss is looking to return to the 1.54-mile speedway in Atlanta for the Great Clips 300.
Bliss’ thoughts on Atlanta Motor Speedway: “Atlanta is a challenging, but fun track. The track is always changing and tires tend to wear away quickly with how rough the bottom groove is.”
No. 19 Toyota Camry: Crew Chief Paul Clapprood will unload chassis No. 301 for the Great Clips 300. This chassis was last run at Indianapolis Motor Speedway where Bliss finished 22nd.
Additional Notes:
– The Food City 300 will mark Mike Bliss’ 336th career start in the NASCAR Nationwide Series.
