NSCS: Danica Patrick to be sponsored by TaxACT

Stewart-Haas Racing announced on Tuesday, January 13th that Danica Patrick’s No. 10 Chevrolet SS will be sponsored by TaxACT for a pair of race weekends in 2015.

“The speed, passion and determination that embodies NASCAR aligns with our approach to business, and when Stewart-Haas Racing brought the opportunity for TaxACT to partner with Danica Patrick, we jumped at it,” JoAnn Kintzel, president, TaxACT, said.

TaxACT, the critically-acclaimed leader of affordable tax preparation solutions, will serve as the co-primary sponsor for Daytona Speedweeks, being featured on the C-post on the No. 10 Chevrolet, with Go Daddy taking up the majority of the car. TaxACT will then serve as the primary sponsor for Patrick during the March 27-29th weekend at Martinsville Speedway.

“I always give credit to my team on the racetrack, but in this case it was off the track where my team shined,” Patrick said. “Stewart-Haas Racing approached TaxACT after cross-referencing the company and its culture with NASCAR fans. It was an ideal fit.

Patrick enters her third full season in the Sprint Cup Series, hoping to better last year’s three top-10 finishes after finishing 28th in points last season.
