ST: Amanda Connolly to Unveil Late Model at Motorama Show

This weekend at the Motorama Custom Car and Motorsports Show, Amanda Connolly will unveil a brand new look for her No. 16 London Recreational Racing, Cochrane Automotive, Spencer Lewis Promotions, GTA Racing Design, Flett Head and Castrol Edge Limited Late Model.

“I have never been this excited going into a race season,” she commented. “The guys have worked so hard this winter to give me the best car that they can put on the track, I’m so thankful that they have faith in me to do a good job for them. New changes for the car, new faces on the team and new colours for 2015!”

Connolly is coming off a successful season that saw her score a feature victory last year as part of her limited schedule.

“Last season was certainly nothing to complain about,” she commented. “I had 4 starts, won one and finished in the top 5, 3 times. It was a great feeling being back in a car capable of winning races in the late model division. I was disappointed with my performance at the classic, but it’s such a crap shoot, it’s hard to stay mad at myself for that one.”

The Motorama Custom Car and Motorsports Show takes place from March 13th to 15th at the International Center in Toronto, Ontario and will feature some of the top individuals in both the car enthusiast and motorsports industry.
