No. 14 IAVA Toyota Camry… Crew Chief Eddie Pardue and the No. 14 crew will unload chassis No. 16 for Saturday’s Winn-Dixie 300 at Talladega Superspeedway.
First Timer… This weekend’s Winn-Dixie 300 marks the first time that Cale Conley will turn laps at Talladega Superspeedway. The rookie of the year contender has one superspeedway under his belt, competing in the Alert Today Florida 300 at Daytona International Speedway in 2015’s season opener.
Welcome Back … The Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA) return as primary sponsor of the No. 14 Toyota Camry this weekend at Richmond International Raceway. Founded in 2004 by an Iraq veteran, the IAVA has quickly become the nation’s largest nonprofit, nonpartisan organization representing new veterans and their families. With nearly 300,000 veterans and civilian supporters nationwide, IAVA is the only 21st Century veterans’ service organization (VSO) dedicated to standing with the 2.8 million veterans of Iraq and Afghanistan from their first day home through the rest of their lives.
Pardue at Talladega … Pardue has sat atop the pit box at the famed Alabama track nine times in his career garnering two top-10s, five top-20s, 13 laps led, and a best finish of sixth that came with Greg Biffle in 2006.
Meet Cale … Conley will participate in the NASCAR XFINITY Series autograph session at Talladega Superspeedway Friday, May 1st from 2:00-2:30pm CT in the concourse area behind OV Hill South Grandstand Sections D&E.
