Blake Koch Ready to Make his 125th NXS Start on Saturday: Blake Koch will make his 125th NASCAR XFINITY Series start this weekend in NASCAR’s backyard. Charlotte Motor Speedway is a track where Koch has three previous starts and a best finish of 18th. Although Koch only has three previous NXS starts, Koch has turned over 1,300 laps across NASCAR’s top three series. With a new chassis this weekend, Koch is ready to get behind the wheel for the Hisense 300.
Koch’s thoughts on Charlotte Motor Speedway: “This week is like a homecoming week for NASCAR, since we are racing at home. The track changes conditions throughout the race, especially depending on the weather and the time of day. My team has put together a great, new car for this weekend’s race, so I am excited to get behind the wheel.”
No. 8 Toyota Camry: The No. 8 crew will unload chassis No. 56 for the Hisense 300. This will be the first time that Koch pilots chassis No. 56.
