Kyle Busch continues his strong performance in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series by winning the pole for the UNOH 200 at Bristol Motor Speedway driving his NO. 54 Jegs Toyota Tundra. Busch turned a lap of 125.683 mph to score his first pole in his third start this season. Busch’s previous two starts this season ended in victory lane at Pocono and Michigan.
Ryan Blaney will take the green in the second spot in his No. 29 Cooper Standard Ford. Rounding out the top-five will be Brandon Jones, Busch’s teammate Erik Jones, and Cole Custer. The competition was extremely close with only .066 seconds separating the top-five trucks.
Local Virginia driver, Caleb Holman, turned in a fantastic lap of 124.315 mph and will start eighth in his No. 75 Fuel in a Bottle/Food Country Chevrolet.
The green will fall on the UNOH 200 at 8:30 pm ET.
