Significant rains in Chicago area have canceled the remainder of NASCAR Camping World Truck Series practice, field to be set per the NASCAR rulebook, which used the speeds from the series’ only practice session on Friday.
The rain would not let up throughout the evening, forcing series officials to postphone the truck race to Saturday morning at 10:30 am ET.
Also, NASCAR Sprint Cup Series qualifying was also been canceled. Kevin Harvick will start from the pole for the MyAfibRisk.com 400 as the field to be set per the NASCAR rulebook, which used the speeds from the series’ only practice session on Friday.
