Continuing their support of Joe Gibbs Racing (JGR) and growing their brand with Carl Edwards, Sport Clips has expanded their partnership with JGR and Edwards. They have added two more NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races with Edwards and the No. 19 team at the second New Hampshire and Kansas races. They were the primary sponsor for the earlier race in New Hampshire and have had the second Texas race projected on their schedule.
“I’ve had a really great time working with the folks at Sport Clips and I’m excited that they will be a big part of our Chase,” stated Edwards. “I will be driving the No. 19 Sport Clips Camry at New Hampshire and Kansas in addition to the previously scheduled Texas race. After spending a little bit of time in Las Vegas with all the Sport Clips associates this year, it will be a lot of fun to represent them at those races. Sport Clips, for me, they make something that a guy doesn’t always look forward to, a haircut, they make it fun. They are a lot of fun to have at the race track as well. I had a great timehanging out with them at Darlington getting to know everybody and hopefully we can take some more victory lane photos together.”
