Battle in the Queen City…The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series heads to Charlotte Motor Speedway this Saturday night for the 30th race of the 2015 season. Michael Annett, who currently resides in nearby Mooresville, N.C., hopes to score a good result at the 1.5-mile facility.
Allstate Peterbilt Group on Board for Charlotte…Allstate Peterbilt Group, the upper Midwest’s largest truck dealer group and a longtime partner of Michael Annett dating back to his time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, will adorn the No. 46 Chevrolet SS this weekend. It was last featured on Annett’s car in the September race at Chicagoland Speedway.
Annett’s History at Charlotte…In NASCAR Xfinity Series competition, Annett scored six top-15 finishes in 10 starts at Charlotte Motor Speedway, including two 10th-place finishes in his three most recent attempts.

“Charlotte is a fast track, where handling always comes into play. It’s also a 500-mile race, so I’m anticipating some extended green-flag runs. Handling, pit strategy and track position will be especially important on Saturday night.”
