Nothing like some R&R to reset motivation: Coming off some much needed time with family, Eric McClure is refreshed and ready for this weekend’s O’Reilly Auto Parts Challenge at Texas Motor Speedway (TMS). Before the double off-weekend, McClure completed his 10th start at Kansas Speedway, earning a 26th place finish. Pressing fast forward to this weekend at TMS, McClure is set to make his 18th start at the 1.5-mile oval. With his best start of 22nd in the fall of 2012 and his best finish of 19th in the fall of 2009, McClure and the Reynolds Wrap® Camry are ready to roll in the “Lone Star State”.
McClure’s thoughts on Texas Motor Speedway: “I’m looking forward to racing back in Texas this weekend. It’s a fun track to compete at and we’ve had a few good runs there. My team has worked as hard as anyone that I’ve been around and we’re still fighting to keep our position in the Driver Points Standings. I’m hoping we can start this final stretch with a respectable run.”
No. 24 Reynolds Wrap® Toyota Camry: The Reynolds Wrap® team will unload chassis No. 52 for Saturdayafternoon’s O’Reilly Auto Parts Challenge.
