Kyle Plott, a talented, young short track racer from Georgia, has signed a one race deal to pilot the No. 1 Ford Fusion for Tracy Goodson Racing in the Music City 200 at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway on April 9. This event will be the first ARCA series event for the short track ace.
Plott tested the car on Wednesday and feels very good about his chances this weekend in his ARCA debut. “I am extremely excited to run my first ARCA race this weekend. I went to Mobile today (Wednesday) for a short test, and the car is very similar to the K&N car I drove for Bill McAnally last year. I am really looking forward to having a great finish for Tracy and Mike (Garvey, crew chief).
Plott is hoping to impress the team and potential partners in an effort to compete in more events this season.
The green flag will fall on the Music City 200 at 8pm local time on Saturday, April 9.
