Two time Texas Truck Series winner Johnny Sauter will have the best view for the start of tonight’s Rattlesnake 400 at Texas Motor Speedway.
The GMS Racing driver claimed his third career pole award at Texas with a lap of 29.996 seconds (180.024 MPH). Sauter’s lap bested German Quiroga by .022 seconds.
Daniel Hemric will start third followed by: defending race winner Matt Crafton and Tyler Reddick rounding out the top five starters.
William Byron, John Wes Townley, Timothy Peters, Christopher Bell, and Spencer Gallagher round out the top ten.
Notables include: Cameron Hayley 11th, Rico Abreu 13th, Ben Kennedy 15th, Cole Custer 16th, Parker Kligerman 22nd, and John Hunter Nemechek 23rd.
DNQ’s for tonight’s Rattlesnake 400 were Norm Benning and Jennifer Jo Cobb.
