Yeley looking to rebound in Iowa: Newton, Iowa will serve as the temporary home for the NASCAR XFINITY Series this weekend. Yeley and the No. 44 Zachry team will compete in the American Ethanol E15 250 scheduled on Father’s Day. Having four previous XFINITY Series starts at the 7/8-mile oval, Yeley has completed 911 laps with a best finish of 17th. With a progressive mindset, Yeley and the No. 44 Zachry team are motivated and ready to rally in Iowa.
No. 44 Zachry Toyota: Crew Chief Frank Kerr and the No. 44 Zachry team will unload chassis No.121 at Iowa Speedway.
JJ Yeley: “I enjoy racing at Iowa Speedway. It’s a great little track with multi-groove racing and a ton of character. Every corner is different from the other, so getting the set up perfect is next to impossible. The bumps thru turns one and two usually add to the complexity of getting the car stable and fast. The entire Zachry team is ready to get back to the track and improve on our Michigan finish.”
