Brian McLean will be one of the past Flamboro Speedway winners in the field after winning the inaugural OSCAAR event in 2013 after taking the lead in the late stages. McLean had a decent performance at Flamboro last year, finishing eighth. He made his 2016 debut at Delaware Speedway a couple weeks ago, unfortunately running into issues that resulted in a DNF.
Another other past winner? John Harper, who scored his first career OSCAAR victory last August at Flamboro. The veteran could use a good run after a pair of finishes outside of the top-10 to start the 2016 season.
David Balych hopes to continuing working towards his first career win after finishing third in the spring. He could use a good run as he finished outside of the top-10 at Delaware.

Dean Scott will look to make his return to the series after suffering a crash in the May season opener. He hopes to build on last season with some more strong performances after posting a pair of top-10s during the season.
The driver to watch this year could be Cory Horner as he has continued to impress, clawing closer to his first career victory. He’s started off this year with a fourth at Flamboro Speedway and an eighth at Delaware.
Ryan Dick wants to have a smoother season after posting a top-five and three top-10s last year, while missing a couple races due to a mid-race season flip. He started the year off solidly, finishing ninth at Delaware.
Gary McLean enters this weekend on a roll, coming off of a third place finish at Delaware. The defending four-time series champion that will carry into positive momentum at Flamboro this weekend.
