Yeley Looking Forward to Indy: JJ Yeley and the No. 44 Zachry team will compete this weekend at the famed Indianapolis Motor Speedway (IMS). The Lilly Diabetes 250 will mark the final “Dash 4 Cash” Heat Races on the 2016 NASCAR XFINITY Series (NXS) schedule. JJ Yeley will make his fourth NXS start at the 2.5-mile track, having completed 206 laps in his three previous NXS runs. The veteran driver has also competed in the Sprint Cup Series and IndyCar Series at this venue. Known for its historical, iconic history within the racing world, every driver always looks forward to this date on the schedule and Yeley is no exception. He and the No. 44 Zachry team head to Indianapolis with an optimistic mindset and eager to secure a solid finish.

JJ Yeley: “There aren’t too many race tracks that are as impressive as Indianapolis Motor Speedway. I always look forward to Indy. We are taking the same Zachry Toyota that ran so well at Pocono. My TriStar Motorsports guys have been working hard and I think we have improved our program over the past few months. Indy will be the last race of the year where we run a heat race prior to going for the win. With the heat race format, it’s more like an all-out sprint race.”
