Taking the lead with approximately 10 laps to go, Ryan Semple scored his first feature victory of the season.
Following qualifying, it’d be Nick Tooley starting pole ahead of Stefan Semeraro, Coltin Everingham, Stan Coe, Kendra Adams, Ryan Semple, Jade Franklin, Justin Holmes, Mike Weeda, Nick Troback, Dennis Cybalski, Treyten Lapcevich, Jordan Howse, Herb Walters, Matt Bentley, Anthony DiBello, Dan Archibald, Miles Tyson, Johnny Morrison, Frank Davey, Paul Allard, Dustyn Mombourquette, Fedele DiBello, William Hughes, John Latimer, Ric Watson and Ethan Constable.
Semeraro put the No. 97 A&J VACWORX, GRECO’S FRESH MARKETS, CITYMARK DRYWALL, GROUNDWORKS CONSTRUCTION AND GREBIAN FLOORING SOLUTIONS Super Stock out front ahead of Stan Coe and Semple as Tooley battled Holmes for fifth. Holmes got the spot on Lap 2, with Franklin following him through. The caution then flew, though, as Tooley had something break going into turn three, resulting in him going for a spin, with Everingham and Fedele DiBello caught up in the midst of it.
The restart saw a battle for the lead between Semraro and Coe, with Coe putting the No. 58 Timber Mart of Stayner and Cabral Racing Promotions Camaro out front on Lap 10. Semple moved up into second on Lap 11, while Semeraro and Franklin battled for third. Franklin took the spot on Lap 12 ahead of Semeraro and Lapcevich.
At the front of the field, Semple was able to track down Coe for the lead, getting alongside him at Lap 13. The pair battled side-by-side over the next seven laps, till Semple tucked himself back in line behind Coe as they got into lap traffic. Franklin continued to run third ahead of Semeraro, while Lapcevich and Howse battled for fifth.
The battle for the lea picked back up at Lap 22 with Semple getting back alongside Coe for the spot. Semple then put the No. 64 AUTO TRIM DESIGN OF BARRIE, STREAMLINE RACE PRODUCTS, ANDERSON SHEET METAL, ROSEMONT LIMOUSINE, HYBRID LANDSCAPE AND HWY 400 TRANSMISSION Camaro out front on Lap 23 ahead of Coe, Franklin and Howse as Lapcevich and Holmes battled for fifth.
Lapcevich got the spot on Lap 25, while Franklin got alongside Coe for the runner-up spot. The caution then flew two laps later, though, for Mombourquette stopping in turn four.
