Kyle Busch will have the field behind him for the start of tomorrow’s Crown Royal presents the Combat Wounded Coalition 400 at The Brickyard.
Busch, who is looking for his second straight Brickyard 400 win piloted his No.18 Skittles Toyota Camry to the Coors Light pole with a speed of 48.745 seconds (184.634 MPH). Busch’s Joe Gibbs Racing teammate Carl Edwards will start second.
Tony Stewart making his final start at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway will start third followed by: Denny Hamlin and Brad Keselowski rounded out the top five.
Ryan Newman, Kevin Harvick, Martin Truex Jr. Jamie McMurray, and Kyle Larson rounded out the top ten on tomorrow’s starting grid.
Notables include: Kurt Busch 11th, Austin Dillon 12th, Jimmie Johnson 13th, Joey Logano 14th, Chase Elliott 15th, Ryan Blaney 17th, Greg Biffle 19th, Jeff Gordon 21st, Danica Patrick 24th, and Kasey Kahne 26th.
The Combat Wounded Coalition 400 at The Brickyard is set to get underway at 3:20 P.M. ET on NBC Sports Network tomorrow afternoon.
