Kevin Harvick and the No. 4 Stewart Haas Racing team will be without the services of their crew chief Rodney Childers this weekend at Pocono Raceway.
Childers was fined $20,000 and suspended for one race by NASCAR this afternoon for failing to have the lug nuts properly installed on Harvick’s No.4 Chevrolet during post race at Indianapolis last weekend.
The penalty is a P 3 level penalty and violated sections 12.1; section 10.11.3.4 of the NASCAR rule book.
