A pair of 20-lap feature events at Peterborough Speedway resulted in a pair of drivers getting their first victories of the year.
Kelly Balson picked up the victory in the first feature in his first start of the season ahead of Glenn Watson, who scored his second straight top-five. Points leader J.R. Fitzpatrick finished third, followed by Tyler Hawn with his second top-five of the year. Roy Passer rounded out the top-five, followed by Gary Passer and Charlie Gallant.
Roy Passer picked up the victory in the second feature for his fifth top-five of 2016, ahead of Fitzpatrick. Notably, Fitzpatrick has yet to finish outside of the top-five this season. Watson finished third, followed by Balson and Hawn. Gallant and Gary Passer rounded out the field.
The OSCAAR Outlaw Super Late Model drivers will now focus their attention to Flamboro Speedway for the Don Biederman Memorial this weekend.
