Scott Dixon, driver of the No.9 Target Chevrolet, was fastest in group two practice for the conclusion of the Firestone 600 at Texas Motor Speedway, with the speed of 214.937 mph.
Tony Kanaan (214.479 mph) and Graham Rahal (212.765 mph) were second and third.
Rounding out the top-five were Sebastian Bourdais (212.164 mph) and Juan Pablo Montoya (211.945 mph).
Completing the top-nine were Simon Pagenaud, Alexander Rossi, Carlos Munoz and Max Chilton.
